Complaints and payment disputes
Most disagreements with an online casino are about money: a withdrawal that stays pending, a payout cancelled because of a bonus rule, a deposit that left the bank but never reached the balance, or an account closed with funds still inside. This page describes a generic escalation path that works for the Eurogold brand as well as for any other operator. casinoeurogold.net is not a party to your contract with the casino and cannot decide a dispute, but it can help you build a complaint that is hard to ignore.
Step 1: make sure it really is a dispute
Before you complain, rule out the ordinary causes. Read the status in the cashier history and any message in the account. Check whether a verification request is open, whether a bonus with unfinished wagering is still active, and whether the payout is going back to the method you used for the deposit. Many "lost" withdrawals turn out to be waiting for one document or sitting with the bank after the operator has already approved them. The withdrawal guide lists these causes one by one.
Step 2: the operator's own complaints procedure
A formal complaint is different from a chat message. Look in the operator's terms and conditions for a section on complaints and disputes; it usually describes where to send a complaint, what it must contain and how long the operator has to answer. Use that channel, and write the complaint as a short, dated document:
- your account username or registered e-mail (never your password);
- the transaction or withdrawal reference, amount and date;
- what happened, in three or four sentences;
- the rule the operator relies on, quoted word for word, and why you think it does not apply or was applied wrongly;
- what you are asking for: payment, a written explanation, or both.
Keep a copy. If you were told something in a live chat, request the transcript or save it before the window closes.
Step 3: external routes named by the operator
If the operator's final answer does not settle it, the next step depends on the licence the operator holds. The licence information in the operator's footer names the regulator. Some regulators accept complaints from players directly; others supervise the operator and may sanction rule-breaking but leave individual payment claims to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body or to a court. The operator's terms often name the ADR body it works with. Read both documents before you choose where to send the case, so the complaint lands with someone who can actually act on it.
A court is the last resort and the only body that can order payment everywhere. For larger sums it is worth getting advice from a consumer protection organisation in your country before you decide.
Disputes that come up most often
Bonus rule cited
Quote the exact term
Documents rejected
Ask which one and why
Account closed
Ask about the balance
Bonus disputes usually turn on a maximum bet while wagering, an excluded game or a deadline. Verification disputes usually turn on a document that was blurred, expired or did not match the account name. Closures usually turn on duplicate accounts or restricted countries. In each case the strongest complaint quotes the operator's own wording back to it.
What this site cannot do for you
We cannot contact the operator on your behalf, mediate, or guarantee an outcome. If a guide here helped you understand the rule in your case, you are welcome to reference it, but your contract is with the operator and the evidence is yours. If something on this site describes a procedure that has since changed, please write to info@casinoeurogold.net so the page can be corrected.
Look after yourself during a dispute
Waiting for money is stressful, and stress is when people chase losses. Do not reverse a pending withdrawal to keep playing and do not deposit elsewhere to make up the difference. If the dispute is affecting your sleep or your finances, the help resources on the responsible gambling page are free and confidential.
