Privacy policy

Last revised: October 2026

This policy describes how casinoeurogold.net handles information about its readers. The short version: the site has no accounts, no log-in, no newsletter sign-up and no payment forms. We do not ask for your name, documents or card details, and we never will. What we do collect is limited technical data about how the pages are used.

Who is responsible

casinoeurogold.net is an independent information website about the Eurogold brand. It is not the casino. Questions about this policy or requests about your data can be sent to info@casinoeurogold.net. The casino operator is a separate company with its own privacy policy, which applies to everything you enter on the operator's site.

What we collect

What we never collect

We do not collect identity documents, card numbers, bank details, casino usernames or passwords. If you receive a message claiming to come from casinoeurogold.net and asking for any of these, it is not from us. Do not reply, and if it concerns a casino account, contact the operator's support directly through an address you already trust.

Cookies and how to control them

Analytics uses cookies or similar browser storage to tell one visit from another and to count sessions. These are not needed to read the site. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, use your browser's tracking protection, or install the opt-out tools offered by the analytics provider; the informational pages work the same with or without them.

Partner buttons lead through an internal /go/ address to the operator. The partner programme may set its own cookies when you arrive on the operator's site to record that the visit came from us. Those cookies are governed by the operator's and the programme's policies, not this one.

How long data is kept

Analytics data is retained according to the retention setting of the analytics property and then deleted automatically. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting. E-mails are kept while a correction or question is open and for a reasonable period afterwards.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to processing and to complain to a data protection authority. Because we hold very little that can identify you, the most practical step is usually to block analytics cookies in your browser. For anything else, write to info@casinoeurogold.net.

Data you give the operator

Everything that matters for the cashier — registration details, identity documents for verification, card or bank details, transaction history — is entered on the operator's site and processed by the operator, its payment providers and its verification service. Regulated operators generally have to keep identity and transaction records for a period set by law. Their privacy policy lists what they keep, why and for how long, and it is worth reading once before you upload documents.

A few habits protect that data: check that you are on the operator's real address before typing anything (see the mirror and phishing guide), upload documents only through the verification section of your account, use a password you use nowhere else, switch on two-factor authentication if it is offered, and never send card details through chat. Requests to see or delete the data an operator holds go to that operator, not to us.

Changes to this policy

If the way the site handles data changes, for example if a new analytics tool is added, this page will be updated and the revision date above will change.
