Bank transfer at Eurogold
Bank transfer is the least glamorous payment method and often the most important one. Even players who deposit by card or wallet frequently receive their winnings by bank transfer, because it is the route almost every operator can use for payouts. This guide covers both directions and the small details — references, names, banking days — that decide whether a transfer arrives smoothly.
The set of methods and the limits depend on the operator and your account — check them in the cashier.
Depositing by bank transfer
There are two common forms. In the first, the cashier redirects you to your online banking, you log in there and confirm a prepared payment. In the second, the cashier shows payment details — beneficiary, IBAN and a reference — that you enter yourself. In the second case the reference matters most: without it, the operator cannot tell which account the money belongs to, and the deposit sits unassigned until support matches it by hand. Always pay from an account in your own name.
Withdrawing to your bank account
For a withdrawal, choose bank transfer in the withdrawal tab and enter your IBAN, ideally copied from your banking app. The account holder name must match the name on the casino account exactly enough to pass a check; a different surname, a business account or a joint account in someone else's name is a frequent cause of rejected payouts. If the operator asks for proof, a statement header or a screenshot from your banking app showing your name and the IBAN is the usual answer.
Timing: casino review plus banking days
The total wait has two parts. First the operator processes the request — the cashier usually shows a window for this. Then the bank transfer itself, which depends on whether it is a domestic, a regional or an international payment and whether banks are open. Weekends and public holidays add days that no casino can remove. Once the status says “sent”, ask support for the transfer reference if the money does not appear; your bank can trace a payment only with that reference.
Currency and bank charges
If the casino account and the bank account use different currencies, a conversion happens somewhere — at the operator, at an intermediary or at your bank — and each may apply its own rate. International transfers can also carry charges taken along the way, so the amount received can be slightly lower than the amount sent. Read the payment section of the operator's terms for its side, and your bank's price list for the receiving side.
